Meet our Artists
Frequently Asked Questions
While the lockdown measures implemented in 2020 remain in place, concerts will be performed online.
However, once restrictions ease we hope that there will a possibility for clients to host private concerts for the artists if they have an appropriate space at home or access to a suitable venue.
Our artists are based all over Europe so there may be geographical constraints; however this can all be discussed during your consultation.
We recommend using Zoom since it is free of charge, offers good-quality audio and meeting length is unlimited for one-to-one calls.
However, in the event that a client wishes to invite others virtually to the concert, please note that for a meeting with several people Zoom meetings have a time limit of 40 mins.
For a longer recital, this issue might be circumvented by structuring the concert into two Zoom sessions with a short interval.
Première Recitals will do their best to ensure that the artists have excellent audio and visual set-ups as well as a strong Wi-Fi connection.
Furthermore, we will arrange a suitable time for a brief soundcheck before the recital.
We certainly would encourage you to assemble a small audience, either at your home (lockdown regulations allowing) or virtually.
Nevertheless, having too many people in a conference call may negatively impact the connection which is crucial to the quality of the concert.
Since the artists start preparing your programme from the time that they are notified of the recital, refunds are not available.
However, you can arrange to reschedule the concert up to 7 days before the originally planned date.
